At GU Impex Electronics Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our return, replacement, and refund process.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return an item under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unmodified, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect usage
Opened ESD-sensitive components (e.g., ICs, sensors)
Software or downloadable products
Clearance/sale items marked as non-returnable

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement if:

The product is defective or damaged on arrival
The wrong item was shipped

Please provide clear images/video of the product and packaging to support@guimpex.com to initiate a replacement.

💰 Refund Process

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If paid via COD, we’ll request your bank account details for processing.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
Ship the item back to our return address (if applicable).

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.
If returned due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
